AR trigger upgrade

I already have an ALG ACT in one rifle and a crappy "mil-spec" parts kit trigger in the other. I can either get another ACT, or bump up to a nicer drop-in unit. I want to limit myself to $150. What do you recommend for HD and range? I do not want to spend $200+ as nice as they may be.

Just watched a video on those, checked em out on their site. Looks like one I just felt in my friend's build yesterday. Great feel, nice reset, very smooth. I would not be surprised if it was one of these. Now to add that to my build

I picked these two up on black Friday sale. Which one would you recommend for my soon to be exiled Bushmaster Varminter? Got the Thordson, an ambi-safety on the way. Now I just have to take a trip and get it back. Need to get it together and running for next season.
