A guy told me a couple days ago that he does not think that this country is as screwed up as I think it is.
It's just that the weirdo's and the radicals scream "look at me" the loudest and the corrupted media does just that.
So this country is not as screwed up as it might seem... It's just that they get an inordinate amount of attention.
The vocal minority vs the silent majority thing.
I am not so sure that I agree with that myself.
IDK, he might be right though. Of course here in farm country where we all pretty much look the same. Where we all pretty much have the same conservative leanings. I do not see the problems that the leftists are always bitching about.
But, and this is a big but. I also do not see much if any of the crap that the leftists bitch about in the small city of Batavia that has a population of around 16,000 people. For one example, unlike in the country where I live there are black people in the city of Batavia. I do not see the racism and hatred that the leftists and MSM claim when I am in Batavia a few times a week.
In general...
1.) I will hold the door open for black people and they will also hold the door open for me.
2.) A black lady in the grocery store noticed that I only had one item in my hand. So she motioned for me to get in line ahead of her as she had much more in her cart.
3.) A black guy's order was wrong in the local Burger King. He politely pointed that fact out and his order was corrected.
He did not go off and pull the race "victim" card. It's almost like he thought that these things happen nothing more nothing less.
I just do not see racism everywhere except for when I watch or read the news or hear a Democrat talk.
That's why the leftists have to manufacture racism... IT IS NOT A REAL PROBLEM... or not a substantial problem I should say.
Not from the perspective of where I live anyways.
