The Army Kills its Plan to Replace the M4 Carbine Rifle

I suppose we will be at level 8 armor at some point. There is always a kink in the armor but that requires precision accuracy. I watched a video on silencers at some gov military site with this solder showing the difference between a M-4 silenced and one that was not. It choreographed around 2300 to 2400 fps with the 14.5 inch barrel with both. Lousy velocities compared to a standard M-16.
