Well he must be an expert on Climate Change else he wouldn't have been appointed Secretary, especially given his "expertise" on everything else he's been appointed to.... Say, when you bet for or against stock futures don't they have a name for it, and isn't a it a crime if you use inside knowledge or position in Government to effect it?
