Once again, I'm confused. No surprise there.
I thought the attack on PP happened after the police arrived? He answered the door, and when he went back inside the two started struggling with the hammer. They were told to drop it. PP released control and then he was struck in the head.
Wouldn't that scenario mean PP was in perfect health upon opening the door?
If that's the case then why is it imperative that the body cam footage is released? It would support the above timeline. Now make no mistake about it, if I were a juror I'd want to see that footage.
