Passed a guy up the road trying to mow his 1/2 acre with a corded electric the other day. Grass was about 6". Took him all day to cut and bag with that thing. No thanks.

Sounds good to me. If that’s what they want to arrest people for bring it on. They don’t arrest real criminals now so why not political criminals. Come to think of it I have a bunch of gas in my garage and no gas lawn mower so I’ll start using my blower more this year. I use it to clean my gutters, clean my garage, clean my driveway and sidewalk. Maybe I’ll start cleaning the street in front of me too.

As a motorcyclist i would love to see more people clean up after themselves. Especially after they mow a pile of grass clippings onto the road.
I would also love to see a homeowner charged with attempted murder if a motorcyclist wipes out on their lawn clippings they left in the street.

I use a mulcher. There nothing that could ever hurt anyone. Maybe a few clippings in the street or on the sidewalk. I use the blower after to clean up if that’s happens and you’d be hard pressed to find 5 clippings per square foot. My leaves are nice and tidy too. I keep my yard rather impeccable.

My $600 Ryobi mower shit the bed already. It was like 2 years old. I hit a maple STICK and it shorted out. I mean a stick the size of your pinky.
My brother dragged a 21 year old craftsman push mower out of a barn. Replaced the carb and spark plug plug. Gave it to me. I changed the oil and put 90 octane ethanol free it in it.
Runs like a champ and will mulch a stick.
I do like my electric Stihl trimmer just fine.

I suppose if you could mow your puny little grass-strip of a yard with one, that'd be alright, but that won't fly for Yards up here...neighbor has an electric Mower: takes a good hour and a half to push it, about half way through the Battery dies and it sits where it stops until the next day when it's recharged.
