ATF Form 4473 and DEI hijinks at the ATF

Trump’s day 1 executive orders established the policy of the United States that there are only two sexes and that gender ideology is abolished, and that DEI is to be rooted out throughout government. He’s been busy.

But I am trying to figure out what they are doing at the ATF. The firearms transaction Form ATF 4473 still has the old Biden “non-binary” third sex box in it and hasn’t been updated. Maybe the paperwork reduction act or some other policy makes it take time but there’s no new notice or guidance on it yet that I can see. It should have been taken off immediately.

Also on day 1 Lisa Boykin’s job title changed to Senior Executive without portfolio and she’s still listed on ATF leadership for everyone to see. Imagine being Lisa Boykin coming in to work at your ATF Senior Executive office with jack shit to do on the taxpayer dime. The executive order says she should be gone, like all the purged diversity officers at other agencies, but there she is.

It'll take months to exhaust the current supply of Printed 4473's (BATFE furnishes Dealers with Forms) and in the past when there hasn't been sufficient supply, Dealers are allowed to Print their own forms...even the on-line Forms will require a tested and approved software update that'll take weeks to months before distribution....EVERY Application or Form I've ever filled out, the "MALE" Box was Checked, so it doesn't mean much to me...On a Tangent, Given the fifth and second circus courts have concurred that it violated 18~20 year olds Civil Rights to refuse an otherwise lawful sale of Handguns ("Other" too?) I wonder how long that'll take to go into effect? Also related to Handguns, there's a push to eliminate the requirement that Handguns purchased by a non-resident be shipped to a Dealer in the State of Residence...that would be nice, but would blow the lib-tard minds of New York apparatchik and proletariat.

gov. forms like citizenship forms if you check non binary they will not process them you must check what sex you were born as.

All they need to do is make a rule that only FFLs can access the system, and only the ones at the point of sale.

gov. forms like citizenship forms if you check non binary they will not process them you must check what sex you were born as.

Form 4473 is accepted and held by FFL licensees. Is NICS denying BG checks for “non-binaries”? Has ATF issued guidance to licensees to reject them? They could do that immediately.
And pulping and replacing the “supply” of forms is nothing. Government obsoletes forms all the time. The harder process is revising the form in the first place but with the EO they ought to be able to do so on an expedited basis since the form is out of compliance.
