Just wait until prescription drugs disqualify you from bearing arms.
Agreed, in suffolk county, my cousin had to list his prescription meds and provide a copy of his prescription on his pp renewal a few years back. He has a bad back with sciatica so he needs pain meds when its bad. I find that to be a violation of his medical privacy. That’s why I don’t use legal drugs.

Would not be such an issue if all this shit wasn't ignored in the courts!!! Can't even get a case in Court! We've been getting hit very hard and aggressively for a number of years now and it's going to continue. And they're hitting us from so many different angles that it's hard to counter all of them.
And when we do it's a pretty minor case. For the Supreme Court to not take up any second amendment cases in 10 years is a disgrace and it just goes to show how politicized is Kangaroo courts have become.Would not be such an issue if all this shit wasn't ignored in the courts!!! My dr once asked if I signed the HIPPA papers, i told her the NYSP have a back door into HIPPA so there is no privacy any more. She looked at me like i was a kook and said no they dont so i told her of a couple court cases where NYSP got people's info and used it against them and told her to look into it. The next time i seen her she brought up HIPPA again, I asked if if she looked into what I told her, she looked at me funny and said no. Next time I seen her she never brought it up, then retired a year later.100% against Hipaa!
