I bet part of that agreement will be that he testifies about Wayne.
Wayne is the trophy. When she nails Wayne, and she will, she'll be able to say she finally got the NRA.
Then its up to the judge to decide what happens to NRA - dissolution, removal of the Board, assigning Michael Bloomberg or Shannon Watts (LOL!) as a special master / administrator to drive the organization into the ground, etc.

NRA made contributions to pro gun politicians and was castigated for it......... as the gun culture............ list of anti gun politicians was published with a rating.

Funny story... Josh Powell, the guy who settled with NY, was Wayne 's chief of staff. He was in line to succeed Wayne. Then he stepped out of line by questioning some of the fraud he saw, and was fired.
The reason he settled was because he can't afford an attorney to fight Jumbo James. The reason he can't afford an attorney is because NRA hot the limit of their professional liability insurance. It looks like Wayne & Co. burned through their policy limit on themselves and left this guy out to dry.
