These weren't turned down on merit, but purely on procedural grounds. Hard to call that a victory Tish. In all six cases the court did not accept the plaintiff’s Second Amendment challenges, ruling in Attorney General James’ favor that those claims were not made in the lower courts and therefore could not be argued in the appellate court.
When you grew up in the "everyone gets a participation trophy" age, you consider any victory a victory.Hard to call that a victory Tish
Oh, there are. our founding fathers showed that, and numerous history texts also show it.Until there are real penalties that can be imposed on leaders who brazenly ignore precident, law, and the constitution
But....those consequences are never realized in our present-day split-level perverted "constitutional" republic. When you grew up in the "everyone gets a participation trophy" age, you consider any victory a victory.

I am looking for that answer under Rule 303.But....those consequences are never realized in our present-day split-level perverted "constitutional" republic.
As has been said, our republic is based on three boxes: the soap box, the ballot box, and the cartridge box. The ruling elites are censoring speech while making elections suspect. How long until the third box must be opened?

when you go to the jurisdiction to get your bail money returned, they keep a nice percentage for processing fees.DA Offices are like a Sports Team and their stature/status is judged on the number of wins, and the DA's themselves are the Coaches: They need/want "wins" else they're likely to get fired (voted out of Office) which is why they'll claim a "win" anytime they aren't beaten in Court, and why they'll plea bargain any chance they get because it serves as a "win" and cost a hell of a lot less than going to Trial. I wonder what it costs to process Bails and have people there to do it? Wonder if any Interest is earned on money held by the State in the form of Bail?
That will continue until legislators and litigators face a penalty for willfully misinterpreting rulings and law.Constitution, BOR, SCOTUS decisions, all mean nothing to albany. If a NYS "law" gets shot down or overturned, albany will pull a new rabbit out of their hat. It's what they do.
