The law bans magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition for long guns and more than 15 rounds for handguns. New York, seven other states, and the District of Columbia have enacted similar prohibitions.

These "high capacity" mag bans make me feel safer already. When a group of criminals rob a bank, they can only use 10 round mags instead of 30 round mags because a good criminal will always follow the law when they break the law.

She claims a responsibility, then fails to sustain it causing harm to the victims.
