We need to follow the advice given to Luke Skywalker when he was about to destroy the Deathstar: "Stay on target..." We need to keep attacking the CCIA full throttle, and then cram it up Hochul's ass. Maybe in the spirit of "Ramming Speed" (with a shout out to "Animal House" when they drove into and destroyed the viewing stand, and knocked the establishment types onto their respective asses)?

Has the judge in the case where the TRO was issued actually released his judicial opinion yet? Asking the 2nd Circuit to overturn a stay when the case hasn't even been decided yet at the lower court sounds kinda stupid. Then again, this is Letitia we're talking about.
Either the State is desperate to remain relevant and trying to get ahead of things; or they think they are going to have a slam dunk in the 2nd Circuit (and hoping the Supreme Court changes before they have to defend CCIA there); or this is part of their attempt to politicize the judicial process when they know on its face that the CCIA is mostly unconstitutional, in an effort to save what they can of the "law."
Delaying tactics are one of the best means to carry out planned shenanigans.

Fuck NY and all it's progressive bullshit... They ignore the law, the compact which allows it to exist, and so should everyone else until they uphold their end of the bargain! If lawlessness is the rule instituted by the State, then why should anyone follow any of the laws? They make rules as they go along, and basically laughed off the SCOTUS ruling and the generous guidance provided with it. This is a gleaming example of a State Govt gone off the tracks! I believe in a State maintaining it's sovereignty, but this place has lost its way and needs to be made straight!

The Rochester Industrial and Rapid Transit Railway (1927 - 1956) was built in the trench left behind when the Erie Canal was moved to its present location. The two mile section downtown was covered over and became Broad Street, the rest was exposed, more of an inter-urban than a true subway.
Problem was that the ends of the rail line went where the canal went, not where people wanted to go and where the city expansion was. The downtown section was used by passengers to get to Kodak and other industrial centers, but the ends of the route were not popular. In the post-war expansion of diesel bus lines, the subway became less and less popular.
One also has to look at the corruption surrounding the replacement of interurban lines with diesel buses, in which city councils were paid off to dismantle their small rail routes and replace them with diesel buses. It was a nation-wide concerted effort of destruction. This from Los Angeles:
