A good review. Interesting that Arizona, which I thought was a more "free" state when it comes to firearms, has mandatory minimum sentences for all firearm related crimes. Do we have the same environment here?

Washington state has an extra three years in state prison if a firearm was used during the commission of a crime.
It seems that is just ink on a piece of worthless paper. No body receives that extra time and they get reduced charges for the original crime.
