After completing a job interview at JCPenney in the Finger Lakes Mall, Richardson left the office and then asked to return as she had forgotten her cell phone. Upon re-entering the office, Richardson took a purse and wallet belonging to an employee. Richardson then went to another store in the mall and purchased two Halloween costumes with a pre-paid debit card that belonged to the employee. During arrest processing, Richardson was found to be in possession of a ViperTek taser. Richardson was also discovered to have two active warrants for her out of the City of Buffalo. Richardson was arraigned in the Town of Aurelius Court and remanded to the Cayuga County Jail. Richardson is to reappear in the Town of Aurelius Court on September 19, 2018 at 7:00pm.
