1) Are there ANY other Countries who have a similar "zero tolerance" policy toward illegal immigrants?
2) Are these other Countries, if they exist, similarly persecuted by the U.N.?
If the answer to #1 is "yes" and the answer to #2 "no" then we need to pull more funding from the U.N. and/or charge them more for any and all humanitarian and military aid we offer to the world at the U.N.'s request.

As I understand it, it's pretty damn near tough to immigrate (legally or illegally) to Japan. Also tough to do legal immigration to Australia (though they're like us and just let the illegals in without saying boo). UN doesn't say boo about that.
