If they do it without a warrant they need to be sued.
A lot.
Enough that they won't consider doing it ever again.
Capitalist system 101. The government helps corporations screw the people and corporations help the government to do the same.

A lawyer speaking for an innocent tourist, who was snared by the net cast by BOA and interrogated by the FBI (without counsel), stated there was no warrant for the requested BOA search and that BOA's legal / PR team claims they were merely complying with 12 U.S.C. 3403 ...(I think I got that right I was listening to an interview) which they described as a "get out of jail free card" for banks to snitch on customers who may be violating essentially any regulation, law, or statute.Doesn't say whether they were complying with a subpoena (or not).
Bernie Kerik is... somewhat lacking credibility in my book, which is another matter perhaps.
Grain of salt or not, the events happened as reported.I take anything Tucker reports with a grain of salt as He/hannity/Limbaugh are so far to the right and cumo/anderson/cnn/msn are so far to the left. Tucker is 3rd on the pecking order behind hannity and limbaugh and will report anything to move up the list. Months ago I'm watching hannity and He keeps saying He has an important announcement. Keeps saying all the way through the hour and guess what His "important" announcement was? A promo for his new book. I gave up on Fox just a few minutes after the election. My 2 cents

BOA did not bother asking for a warrant when information was requested and in this case they likely abused the SAR exemption in the Right to Financial Privacy Act. My guess it was likely influenced by their blue leaning donor class corporate values. It was reported other credit card financial institutions did not comply with the broad over reaching request.
So you’re expecting any of the commie owned MsM to report on this also? Was the one person that has come forward so far about being questioned by the FBI lying then too? I won’t be surprised if they eventually do , but as an endorsement of their actions.
On this thread the reports seem not only to be accurate, reality is more damning than the carefully worded reporting in this case. Whether you like the guy or not is immaterial, things are so screwed up now there is no need to sensationalize for bait and switch headlines or clickbait.events happened as reported...example...Russian connection between Trump and Moscow...reported..so it must be true...I've heard..seen nothing about this on any other reporting vehicle..hence I read...store..and wait for corroboration. Tucker has zero credibility with me. I'm not starting the urinary olympics here...just saying I don't jump on the bandwagon so easilly.
They value control above all else. They are willing to sacrifice prosperity and stability to get it.Several times these past few years, I remember falling back to the notion that there are a lot of powerful people with a lot of money on the line if the US falls. I thought that this would provide a backstop against things getting too out of control.
I was wrong.
I wasn't wrong that the powerful will attempt to keep things in this country from getting out of control. I was wrong in thinking that they would use their power to bring things back to, what I viewed as, the rational center. For some reason that I cannot fathom, they think control, stability and continued prosperity reside in the progressive way of life.
