Since I am home a lot more recently and really like pictures of guns, I thought I'd post my collection.

Info: 1986 Ruger Ranch Rifle (223), my father purchased new and gave to me about 10 years ago. Sling I put on but the cheap Bushnell scope was purchased with it in '86. I put 50-100 rounds through it a few times a year. I love the look of it but not super accurate and cleaning it isn't the most fun. It was the first rifle larger than a 22LR that I shot. I grew up on a farm in Steuben County and we'd use this to take out woodchucks. If I could only keep only 1 of my guns it would probably be this, practical and has a lot of sentimental value.

Info: Marlin Model 60, bought it when I first moved to the capital region in 2015. Cheap Amazon scope, its actually been good but I will replace eventually with a Leupold (after this corona BS, I'll buy only Made in USA/Canada unless not an option). I plink with this rifle at least once a month and will do 300 rounds+. I obviously love shooting it but I f%$#*%^ hate cleaning it, I've bent the recoil spring and guide rod 3 times and had to replace them. Also the trigger guard basically just disintegrated, not sure if Hoppes ate it up or what, but the trigger assembly has been replaced to.

I would post the guns I have but since the boating accident took all of them it’s hard to do. I lost the camera too. I just put in a new roll of Kodachrome.

My first 22 was a model 60. Miss that thing.
As for your mini, get an accustrut. They help with accuacy, especially on the older models with the pencil barrel. Plus it looks good.

Info: Mossberg 500, 20 Gauge. Bought new somewhere in rural PA in 2008ish. Originally had a black synthetic stock but I swapped that with this wood one I bought on eBay a few years ago. I'll bring it on a backpacking trip once in a while but otherwise its my go-to for home defense.

Info: NAA PUG, 22 WMR. Got it 5 or 6 years ago, just a novelty pistol that I had wanted for a while. I'll shoot 25 rounds through it once in a while, I actually do have a decent little holster for it if I ever wanted to carry it. NAA quality is fantastic, wish they had more products. I would consider getting one of their break open cylinder pistols as well.

Novelty? That's a new term for me when it comes to firearms...but I guess that would be accurate. Some of those little things can be a bit pricey though. Cool!

Info: Mossberg Silver Reserve, 26in , 20 Ga. Purchased at the Bass Pro in Auburn, the first and only time I have been there. I initially got it for skeet and still use it for that but its also my grouse gun if I'm just out for the day. I got into Trap last year and used it for that up until I got something more appropriate.

Yeah this one doesn’t eject either, I wish it had the ability too. My other over under it can be set for either which I like best.

Info: Ruger LC9. The first pistol I purchased, from the now closed Gander Mountain in Tonawanda. Not sure why I went with this as a first, I think the price was right and wanted something for CCW. I haven't shot or carried it in a few years. Now, I use it as a bargaining chip, any of my friends who don't have their PP yet, if they get it, I will transfer this to them for free. Two of my buddies in the Rochester area are (supposedly) finally going to take me up on it. Said after the Corona BS runs its course they will finally put in for theirs...We'll see who gets the LC9 and who gets a 22LR I haven't posted about yet.

Hated the trigger on lc9 changed to Galloway Precision. Much better but still prefer others.

Info: Winchester Model 67A, 22 S, L, LR. Inherited from father who got it from my grandfather. Not sure on the exact year he purchased, just know it was prior to 1963. I had used the iron sights for a while but never felt 100% with them to hunt with so had it drilled/tapped and put this cheap red dot on (for now). I'll use it for squirrel and grouse next year for sure. I only shoot 22 short with it now, its also been a great gun to use with first time shooters (low noise, no recoil and not black and scary).

Info: SW Model 637, 38 Sp. Purchased form Gun Smoke in Rotterdam. Changed out the black rubbery grips it came with with these wooden ones from another SW J frame I had. This also quickly became my carry pistol for everyday use and when I'm in the backcountry. I put 25-50 rounds through it a month and practice drawing from concealment regularly.

Info: Gen 5 Glock 17, 9mm. My most recent purchase from a few months ago, again purchased from Gun Smoke. Always wanted a G17 so finally got one, I've put 300-500 rounds through it so far and love shooting steel with it.

Info: Ruger 10/22. Purchased a few years ago from Target Sports in Glenville. Not sure what took me so long to get a 10/22 but it quickly became one of my favorites to shoot. I had red dot on it for a while and recently put this Leupold on it. I have thousands of rounds through this one, I plan on getting the take down model and my wife wants her own so I'll have a few more in my collection (hopefully sooner than later).
