Tennessee is a red state. Your vote goes from deep blue to solid red.Well, my best friend is trying to get me to move to Tennessee, so.......................
I’ve considered a move to PA numerous times. I may be wrong but I always felt PA is just a decade or so away from being similar to NY.
I respect that.I heard the same thing from my brothers for 30 years .
I moved. I carry 17 round magazines. They cannot.
If I have to move again, I will. For now it works. And I brought two red votes with me.
Sounds awesome. Sounds like you should just declare you’re part of pa and be done with it.This is always a tough subject for me.
I currently live 1.2 miles from the PA border.
But, its not that easy, we have business here and 180 years of history in our families land. The land is 100% in my control and I have been thinking of selling.
But again, its not that easy.
We have 600 acres, but about 440 acres are "landlocked".
Its one big chunk of woods, meadows and brush.
There are no in roads and the only way to get in is to use our living property or someone elses property. This makes the very expensive NYS land even more expensive. And most people want 2-5 acres.
This would cause a huge issue with road access. We would need to build roads, lots of roads. Nobody wants a 5 acre parcel completely surrounded by other peoples property with no road access.
The struggle continues.
Oh, and nobody wants a 160 acre farm with 440 acres of land in the boonies. Especially at the NYS price.
