i went to a 50% off sale at a semi-local pawn shop a couple of weeks a go and picked up a decent Remington 141 in 32 caliber for half price $170. It was an OK price before the sale. They had other guns there, but nothing that I wanted for my collection.

This new to me rifle will look nice with the Remington 35 caliber - 141 I already have.

I need to buy some 32 Remington reloading dies and brass now.

It's not a gun I know especially a lot about really. All that comes immediately to mind is how the 141 has those strange looking 'twists' in the mag tube that are very neat looking. Not knowing a lot about the gun I assume that's for visual effect only. Is there a practical reason for it ? Do you know if all 141 have that , or is it a specialty variant ? I was never sure about that.

I think the spiral in the tube is for cosmetics, They are a nice looking gun if they are in decent shape, plus the 32 Remington and the 35 Remington calibers are fine deer cartridges for deer back there in New Yorkistan and Pennsylvania.
For $170 it was a hell of a deal.

I have a T/C Contender and have been buying barrels for it to match up with some of the rifles I have for deer hunting back there when the National Resip takes place.
The 35 Remington T/C is a fun, accurate gun to shoot.

The 32 Remington ammo is hard to find and a bit pricey, so it's reloading dies and brass for me.

I'll have to get a picture of these two guns to post here.

Locally these Remington Model 141 rifles generally fetch between $450 to $750 depending on how proud they are of what they have.
For me that to much for what they are, I'm a collector and want collector guns at a decent price and be able to shoot them.

my dad had old 32cal pistol , 2 inch barrel .. .. dad can i take out and shoot it .. ok .. i'm like 13 at the time .. hang a gallon paint can on the old outhouse .. miss miss miss miss .. DAD!!! this pistol sucks .. cant even hit the outhouse .. so Dad tried .. miss miss miss .. son .. this is rib sticker .. LOL ..

I have four 327 federal magnum revolvers and can shoot all four decent. I shoot 32 shorts, 32 long, 32 H&R magnum and full house 327 Federal Magnum loads through them.

I did buy a Taurus 327 Federal Magnum revolver that SUCKED BIG TIME- BIG STRAW.I bought it, took it out shooting the next day and sold it the day after shooting it.

The 327 Federal reloading dies will load all four calibers for these guns.

My favorite 327 is my stainless 4" GP100.
