A person called me about a handgun I have for sale and I asked if he had a permit, he said yes. He just applied in Alleghany County less than 4 weeks ago and now has a concealed carry. We are supposed to connect to do the sale at an FFL so I will see if he's on the level. 3.5 weeks he said.....tell that to Erie County people, my friend waited 16 months
