He was falling in the polls and was desperate so he threw a hail Mary hoping to gain some ground (like most politicians everything he does is self serving) but in doing so he told everyone listening what the left is planning anyway.
I've changed my approach into how I respond to the "ARs are military" nonsense the left loves to throw out there to try and somehow discredit us from owning them.
I've decided to embrace it.
I want to tell people the 2a is not about hunting rifles but it is about a civilian equivalent of a military rifle. That is the point of the 2a.
I tell people, yes that's absolutely right we citizens should be able to own military/police equivalent rifles.
We as a community shouldn't cave into the lefts whinny arguments about us not having military level weapons. We should embrace exactly that.
