Good luck with this. They have absolutely zero chance of collecting this money, as MOST guns (of ALL types) in America are not where they believe they are. Ya see, in FREE America, we are allowed to buy/sell our personally owned property (which includes OUR guns!!), if/when we decide to!!
NO FFLs needed, NO transfer records needed, NOTHING. We are allowed to do personal sales/transfers, as long as we reasonably believe the receiving person is not restricted from owning a firearm.
