That means they think their lock on power is so secure that they no longer need to worry about public opinion.
I think their control of the media is such that they believe they can control public opinion regardless of what they do.
The fact that they may be right makes Orwell look like a nursery rhyme.
Absolutely 100% correct. I don't think people realize the full implications of this. I fully expect to see things in the next 1-2 years that even 5 years ago people would have said could never happen in this country. For starters, let's just see what happens this coming November.
