Definitely....just like the conveniently timed accusations against Kavanaugh, Trump, and others...I believe this one is probably also just a politically motivated weapon. Just like the others, she was probably paid to accuse.
I'm not defending Biden by any means...but just like all of these other accusations, waiting multiple decades to say anything seems rather suspicious...especially when the news gets broke just before an election. The timing is just way too convenient.

1) The pandemic has been the one and only thing the news is reporting on
2) He's a Democrat so it gets swept under the rug by the mainstream media
3) It happened a long time ago and is probably politically (or at least personally) motivated. Not saying it has no credence, but like so many others (Trump, Kavanaugh, etc.) the timing is certainly suspect.
