I doubt if anyone one from anywhere cares much about what Biden says. Half the time he slurs words and mumbles so ya can't understand what he's saying. And the rest of the time he lies or is usually just flat out wrong. Regardless, he's dangerous to the US of A, because at some point one of our adversaries could use what he says as an excuse to make trouble for us or our allies, real trouble. Dangerous too because the bad guys know Biden and most all of his administration are a collection of dipshits and amatures, and some evil, and wouldn't know what to do if they decided to go after us some how. The USA and the rest of the world was doing fairly well under Trump. Now there's turmoil around the world. Biden is dangerous and needs to get gone asap.
