If I have my way I may never go back, or only occasionally / a few days a week, at least until DiShitface is no longer mayor.
My crew has been working 100% remotely since March and haven't skipped a beat- productivity is exactly where it needs to be even if business overall is a bit slower than normal (while clients figure out where the economy is going). I still work crazy hours sometimes and at weird times, but without the commute life is actually way better (and cheaper, I've literally saved nearly $2,000 not taking the train since March, to say nothing of dry cleaning and gas/parking).
