The new penalty is a misdemeanor and those caught could face up to 90 days in jail, a fine up to $1,000, or both.

Yup. One of Prince Andrew's dick suckers got the Forest Rangers to take over the DEC officer's job. Apparently only on state land though.

I still see them off and on in Broome Co. Been seeing State Park Police a lot though. Two at the local gas station a week ago. They wear NYSP uniforms.

I've only come across DEC Officers while Fishing with my kids....actually like 3 times..and we dont fish much...... NEVER seen hardly even a DEC vehicle while Hunting!!!

I think they Hibernate like bears.......only see them in summer......
