The comments seem to blame the owner for the flooding and then not relocating or fixing the problem.
They don't seem to understand that an individual cannot perform construction of this nature to public drainage systems nor is it their responsibility to upgrade deteriorating state sewers.
Then there are those that claim climate change is to blame. I'm more inclined to think aging pipes, and massive new construction projects.
On a side note, I noticed that someone corrected the title but still misspelled the word " billiard"
