Indeed this is true. But..that's not to say their State has the same 500ft,dwelling,road blah blah laws as New York. Doesn't make it right at all of course, but it could be a more laxed gun laws State. I don't know what State it is, it doesn't say in the article writing. But yes, either way dumb as dumb.
