Black Lives Matter protester shot driver in Provo, Utah
Provo, Utah was the scene of dueling rallies last night. According to police, there was a planned police rally and a counter-protest. Things were peaceful until around 8:30 when the driver of a white SUV was swarmed by a large group of Black Lives Matter protesters in the street. The driver kept advancing, trying to escape the hostile crowd and that’s when one of the protesters pulled out a gun:

According to local media, police are determining whether to charge the driver of the vehicle for not complying with the mob’s demand for the beating; thereby putting the other terrorists at risk. “It’s unclear if the driver of the SUV who was shot is facing any possible charge for driving through the protesters after being shot.”

i grew up .. stay out of the road .. watch for traffic .. look both ways .. then sometimes dad would say get out .. go play in the road lol

Swarming mobs are one of the most dangerous situations you can be in in a car. Stomping on the gas is usually the best way to get out of the situation. Remember these protesters are not innocent children in the street, they are a dangerous mob that will try to kill you, take or destroy your property. If stomping on the gas is not an option, Drivers need to arm themselves and anytime a protester flashes a gun with intent to harm, shoot the fucker Dead.

This looks like an attempted car-jacking to me. I cannot stress enough to my family and friends that if you are caught in a crowd like this, KEEP DRIVING. Do not attempt to stop. It will not subdue the mob. It will only escalate further. What do these people expect blocking public roadways?

Concertina, no. Spikes, no. I would think a cow-catcher front like on the old steam locomotives would be ideal. Nothing for protesters to get snagged on and cannot get under vehicle from the front. Important to maintain traction... Gun ports instead of windows. Maybe electrify the body so if you touch it you get zapped... Sounds like an armored car would require very little modification...

My guess is if I was surrounded I would not want to run them over because I know that it is potentially arrest worthy, even though they should not be blocking roads and this terrible thing protesters have started doing should not have been normalized. If these people started hammering on my car I would start moving. Not going to sit there while my vehicle is broken into. I would not accept that. If they actually broke a window I would floor it, and you better not be in front of the car because I am not slowing down.

I'm still ok with Concertina wire. Pretty intimidating stuff, just looking at it should persuade thugs from getting in front of it. Traction? There isnt enough protesters to stop my truck from moving forward. It may not look like much but it's a beast.
