I don't really get the huge pistol shortage. I get it with long guns because people who don't have any guns would panic and run out to buy them, but around here with what is required to buy a handgun, you would think those people already have at least 1 or 2. What is the point of this exactly? Companies calculate sales by the quarter and year, not the day. If they dont buy on the 7th then they will on the 8th.

It’s just another SJW attempt to show the purchasing power of the black community. It’s not a boycott but rather a delay - postpone purchases for a day to show impact/how influential they can be.

While companies report sales quarterly most mid to large companies know their sales on a daily basis. The credit card companies see global spending in real-time.
