NEW HAVEN — As an undergraduate student at Yale, Brett M. Kavanaugh was involved in an altercation at a local bar during which he was accused of throwing ice on another patron, according to a police report.

The incident, which occurred in September 1985 during Mr. Kavanaugh’s junior year, resulted in Mr. Kavanaugh and four other men being questioned by the New Haven Police Department. Mr. Kavanaugh was not arrested, but the police report stated that a 21-year-old man accused Mr. Kavanaugh of throwing ice on him “for some unknown reason.”

A witness to the fight said that Chris Dudley, a Yale basketball player who is friends with Mr. Kavanaugh, then threw a glass that hit the man in the ear, according to the police report, which was obtained by The New York Times.

Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley is demanding evidence related to Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s sexual assault accusations after reports suggest she once helped a long-time friend prepare for a polygraph test.

The Senate Judicial Committee needs “material evidence relevant to allegations of sexual assault” against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, the panel’s chairman wrote in a letter to Ford’s attorneys Tuesday evening shortly following allegations she advised her friend on what to expect during a polygraph.

Prior to “hundreds of alumni” writing a letter demanding Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh be disallowed from teaching at Harvard University, undergraduates who opposed the judge had made formal complaints through the school’s Title IX office that his very presence amounted to sexual harassment.

The Harvard Crimson reports that student Jacqueline L. Kellogg, a senior, came up with the idea a few days ago and recruited others to join her in filing complaints against Kavanaugh. Kellogg even sent a letter detailing specifically how to file a formal complaint with Harvard’s Office for Dispute Resolution
“By the time The Crimson reported late Monday that Kavanaugh had left his teaching position at the Law School, at least 48 students had signed an online petition certifying they had filed a Title IX complaint against the nominee,” the Crimson reported. “But at least one signatory said that not all of those who signed the petition had actually filed complaints as of Monday evening.”

Kellogg and fellow student Julia B. Wiener, also a senior, filed complaints claiming Kavanaugh’s presence on campus would create a “hostile environment” for women because of the uncorroborated and thin sexual assault allegations against him.

In a letter released last night from a former boyfriend of Christine Blasey-Ford, there was a name curiously not redacted. The name of Monica L McLean was revealed as a life-long friend who Ms. Ford helped with polygraph preparation.

The media has begun to focus on the letter as outlining a lie told by Ms. Ford during recent congressional testimony… But the backstory to Ms. Monica Lee McLean is an even bigger story.
In addition to boyfriend noting Ms. Monica L McLean in the current letter, Ms. Monica Lee McLean was also one of the signatories of another letter from the Holton-Arms class of 1984 bolstering the credibility of Ms. Blasey-Ford.
Some research into Ms. Fords life-long friend from school, Ms. Monica Lee McLean (DOB 03-15-66), reveals an almost guaranteed likelihood the polygraph assistance had something to do with the career path Ms. McLean would take.

Monica Lee McLean was admitted to the California Bar in 1992, the same year Ms Ford’s boyfriend stated he began a six-year relationship with her best friend. The address for the current inactive California Law License is now listed as *”Rehoboth Beach, DE”. [*Note* remember this, it becomes more relevant later.]

According to her LinkedIn background, Ms. Monica Lee McLean, was a 24-year employee of the Department of Justice and FBI from 1992 to 2016. According to public records Ms. McLean worked in both Los Angeles, CA and New York, NY.

In a 2000 Los Angeles FBI declaration Ms. McLean describes herself as a Special Agent of the FBI, Associate Division Counsel, in the Los Angeles Division Legal Unit:

Avenatti emerges with new sworn allegations against Kavanaugh
As new questions emerge about his first client’s salacious accusations against Brett Kavanaugh, Democratic lawyer Michael Avenatti has produced another sworn statement from a second woman claiming the Supreme Court nominee, while in high school, would “spike” the “punch” at house parties and be “inappropriate” toward women.



Avenatti, who also serves as adult film star Stormy Daniels’ attorney, tweeted the statement from his newest client, whose name and address is redacted, early Wednesday.

“Yet another accuser has come forward (see sworn stmt below). She is prepared to meet with the FBI today and disclose multiple facts and witnesses,” Avenatti tweeted, sharing his client’s statement.

“I have known Christine Blasey Ford and Julie Swetnick for decades and I believe they are both honest and truthful,” the accuser said. Ford has accused Kavanaugh of trying to force himself on her at a high school party while Swetnick, also represented by Avenatti, has alleged Kavanaugh was involved in or present at "gang" rapes in the 1980s, which the nominee adamantly denies.

The unnamed woman claimed in her statement to have been “first introduced” to Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge in 1980 “at Beach Week in Ocean City, Maryland.”

“Beach Week” came into the picture when Kavanaugh released hard copies of his personal calendar dating back to the 1980s. Kavanaugh testified that the calendar served as somewhat of a “diary.”
