The nys ban on purchasing body armor or possessing it, is clearly unconstitutional.
Armored cars and trucks are not banned, nor are garmets we wear.

The list of approved professions allowed to own body armor, is what the SCOTUS will eventually rule as discriminatory and unconstitutional, in regards to the 2nd and 14th amendments, because the idiotic law includes banning the UNORGANIZED MILITIA, as recognized in Heller---"the people" ....from owning it. The law leaves it to the DEpt of State greenies..i.e. GOVERTNMENT OFFICIALS, to determine if you quAlify for body armor, AND MAYBE A ccp.

WHO ARE THEY ARMING UP AGAINST?

I bought several IWB CC holsters yesterday from EBAY..........I want to see if ebay is reporting such legal sales of items legal to purchase and own.
IWB holsters prevent cannibalism.

HoArding food may be next, or refusing to share it with constabulary.................seeking food for................."the needy."

I’m not so sure body armor will be declared protected by the 2a, but I’m not legal expert. I have no desire to win it so maybe that’s twisting my view but body armor isn’t needed to keep or bear arms. Again just my opinion.

Historically, "bear arms" meant "anything an individual could carry or wear for offense or defense."

seeing as how you aren't required to pass a background check to purchase personal defense items like these in America, it will only be those of us who attempt it within the confines of this state-wide prison that will get jammed up.
