DONE Boiler and Oil Tanks (2x275)

If you are in need of a "new" heating system this may be the deal for you.

I'm looking at a heating upgrade but will need to sell my current set up.

I have 2 - 275 gallon oil tanks (inside), all 2" fill and vent piping with vent-alarm gauge, 155k BTU (input) 4 section cast iron Crown TWZ series boiler, Taco 007 circulator, and complete Beckett burner assembly.

This unit will take up to 1.25 gph nozzle but I currently have it down-fired to a .85 gph. The last combustion analysis done showed 84% burner efficiency.

This unit was installed new in 2003. It is currently in operation and available for inspection. I will have the unit disconnected and ready for removal. It will need to be removed from a basement.

I am asking $1000 but am willing to entertain reasonable offers.

If any one needs to upgrade your heating system before this winter, it's available. It will also include ~200 gallons of oil currently in the tanks. I can supply a pump for removal.
