Bolt action AR?

I was thinking of gitting a little arma light,() But NY laws are confusing, will making an AR15 bolt action using (AR15 Kali Key + BCG Bundle - Kali Key) make it so I can skip this bullshit without having to worry about commies trying to yeet on me over me trying to be an American?

If it's not a semi-auto with a detachable mag you can have all the bells and whistles you like.

In land it would be another pipe dream because some will claim it's not permanent remove Kali key and BOOM it's back to a deadly Black rifle and still only 10rd mags would still be needed remember you are dealing with land that has left the approval of Morden sporting rifles to the of land just my

Lots of bolt action ARs have been made and discussed by members of the forum. I have a few myself. One I did in 17 Remington. Green mountain makes chambered barrel blanks with out a gas port. Grab a side charging upper and slap a free float tube on with one of their barrels and bam bolt action AR.
