Bravo Concealment now making Torsion holster for M&P Shield

I just put an order in for one, been waiting a few weeks for them to make it, decided to try it after the recommendation from you guys here.

Will let you know how I like it when I get it. Definitely excited to try something that'll conceal a bit better.

Really my only option, other than losing 50 lbs and going for appendix, since I found out that 6:00 carry is not good for multiple reasons

4 o'clock carry is very comfortable for me. Especially when I'm carrying the Shield. I once carried the Shield for 10 hours IWB at 4 o'clock before it started to dig into me.

I did carry it this weekend at 4:00 just to start getting used to it. It wasn't bad at all. Worst part was the leather holster sticking to me, but no big deal. Hopefully the new one gets here this week, then I'll be g2g. I also added a new Talon Grip to it, removed the old sandpaper ones and did the rubber ones. Looks and feels great. Now for an Apex trigger kit and a better sight.

Yeah, that's what I was doing before, but I thought I was doing it because sometimes the rougher grip would annoy me. Plus, I was trying to carry w/out wearing extra shirts, especially in the summer. I'll see how it is w/ the new holster.

Well, finally got the thing and I'm slowly loving it. I'm not used to wearing kydex, so I'm getting used to the fact I'll have a little boxy impression somewhere, depends on the shirt.

Sitting in the new holster, you can also see my new Talon Grip I put on. Like it way better than the rougher one I had before.

Came w/ 2 belt clips and not a lot of leeway to move them since it's basically a subcompact (at least I think that's how they view it when they look to build these holsters for the Shield). I removed the leading clip and then used the slop in the holes to slightly tilt back the rear clip, allows me a little cant. Once I did that, it fit a lot better.

Even with a very easily seen through white shirt on, this thing has almost no print. Instead of my previous 6:00 spot, I'm carrying just off my hip, sometimes right over my right rear pocket. It's very comfortable and I definitely love it. Sits nice and low too, so it's harder to spot. The Torsion bit of it definitely pushes it into my side more, which is what I needed.

It's not so much that I didn't think it was possible, but I just needed the right equipment to make it all fit right. Definitely glad I looked though!
