Discharges a stolen, illegal gun. He'll be out in 6 months to a year if he does any time. Probably be sentenced to time already served by the time it goes to court. Meanwhile, they will work on safe storage laws and I'll end up with a years sentence for not having mine in a safe and allowing somebody to steal it.

Don't know about now but years ago you could apply for and receive a NYSPP at age 18 of course you couldn't buy a hand gun until 21 BUT you could be gifted one! A friend of mine got his permit shortly after high school.

The first clue to me was they tried to take off instead of staying and calling 911. He wasn’t about to drive her to the ER. He was thinking he could patch her up and get away with it. When the blood loss got to be too much he finally did the right thing and called for help.

Wow, I wonder what trigger mods he made to it so that it would go off so easily.
My LC9's trigger is HEAVY. Too heavy for my wife to safely use, and far too heavy to just go off if I brush against it in a pocket (though I don't carry that way).
