The video shown shows lots of logistics and a bit of tactical. The bit of tactical was because of a bit of tape intentionally placed on Ring and an absence of mandated body cam by the tactical team.

You would think these agents would be intelligent enough or have the BALLS to questions of this entry event under a simple search warrant. If you are in LEO and think you would do different, its a lie you tell yourself. For once I would like to see someone push back in these LEA's. This operation was to execute a search warrant, not an arrest warrant. A full team of ATF agents and local LE assembled and went to the residence one week earlier to execute the warrant but then decided to stand down at the last minute (after arriving at the residence).......because Mr. Malinowski was not home!
This was a premeditated murder.
