I hope you are right but until I start reading about bombshells I'm going to believe this is nothing but political theater. With trump gone, biden inaugurated and the swamp "business as usual" crowd ascendant I can't see how the powers that be would allow any documents to be released that would show them committing crimes.

Biggest problem we have is that Trump was the best we could do without sending someone through the system. I've tried to explain this to people but even after Hillary and Biden, no one wants to believe that the primaries are predetermined.

The idea that someone from outside the system can make a huge difderence is not very raliatic. Ideally beautiful? Yes but not realistic. You have to beat them at their own game using diplomacy, smiles and all that crap. Unilateral approaches fail sooner or later and exexutive orders can be unwritten faster than can be written.
Trump failed his 100 days contract and he failed the 2A supporters.
Yes there are worse things but we would never know what other camdidate could have done.
And you are right, primaries are a big scam and a danger to this democracy a multi-party system of government that would allow coallitions would be more suitable for a continental repiblic.
The figure of one president and his/her team is totally outdated and arbitrary.

Good points. And maybe this was the best course of events. If the populist movement can somehow survive and gain a broader foothold, it's possible we change the system on a broader basis than just the executive.

I have serious doubts though. Already we see the establishment right turning away. They will not give up control easily. Trumpism is destined to go the way of the Tea Party, I'm afraid.

A multiparty system is even more of a fantasy than a president challenging the current system.

Let me get this straight...he had the availability to do this his entire presidency, but chose to do it the final day before he exits the White House as a parting shot? Who exactly is he serving with this? The people, or his own fu@ked up ago that is the sole reason he lost his election.
