The founders fucked up by even making a supreme court. No human being can be impartial or perfect, that's why you're entitled to an entire jury of people to deliberate, and not one person. Concentrating power in the hands of a few was a mistake when this country runs on "pass a policy and worry about legality later" type stuff like NY SAFE.

Recalling them would be nice, but the premise of SCOTUS is flawed to begin with.
