might be time to bring back the good old lynch mobs. The same will be tried here in the PRNY.
Just imagine the outcry if a white judge removed a black candidate.
Like... If he wasn't a citizen? Maybe born in kenya???Just imagine the outcry if a white judge removed a black candidate.
It does appear that the jury box may be exhausted as a potential remedy to our rot...Mother Puss Bucket!
We are lost/done as a country. The legal system has been so corrupted that it can't be considered the "last resort" for constitutional freedoms.
So if you think you can stay in your house with no violence problems until you retire and die - you are WRONG. This is just the last sign. It's over. They will use every lever of government against you.
So what will you do?
Answers are welcome.

I'm not anxious for the next box.It does appear that the jury box may be exhausted as a potential remedy to our rot...
They bumped up the release date, its under a month and a half away.Oh hey and it's weird Hollyweird is right on que releasing a modern civil war movie this summer before the election.
No sane person is.I'm not anxious for the next box.
If a state wants Trump off the ballot, they have a constitutionally permitted way to do it.Another judge that cannot read the 14A completely and will soon find total rejection with a 9-0 Supreme Court ruling. Section 5 says Congress decides and it would never be a state.
At this point I sadly think they don't mind admitting that. I mean, how much more straight forward can they be about things? NOTHING has happened to them up to this point so I feel they really don't care how the optics look.If a state wants Trump off the ballot, they have a constitutionally permitted way to do it.
But it would mean admitting something they do not want to admit.
That way is to eliminate the popular vote in that state and have the legislature pick the electors directly, or have the governor appoint them, or any other scheme they want.
But, they would have to admit that they intend to subvert the will of the people.
...and then a congress with integrity would refuse that slate of electors. If a state wants Trump off the ballot, they have a constitutionally permitted way to do it.

They shouldn't. It is perfectly legitimate for the state to choose their electors some other way....and then a congress with integrity would refuse that slate of electors.
From a constitutional standpoint, a state could certainly certify a slate of electors chosen by their state legislature without a general election. They shouldn't. It is perfectly legitimate for the state to choose their electors some other way.
The president was never intended to be chosen by a popular vote.
He is the president of the states, not the president of the people. The states elect him via the electoral college. The constitution specifically leaves it up to the state legislatures how they will choose their electors.
They weren't all chosen by popular vote originally. Just because they all do it in some variation of that way today doesn't mean they have to.
It's no worse than the shit they're pulling now, and it's at least honest. From a constitutional standpoint, a state could certainly certify a slate of electors chosen by their state legislature without a general election.
Senators were supposed to be chosen by state legislatures...until the 17th amendment.
Thus, I think that a congress could refuse the legislature-sans-vote elector slate because it would violate the history and tradition of how electors have been seated.
A state changing their election process just to slight one candidate, in one election, is unscrupulous...even if legal.
