Broome County Family Court Judge Richard Miller being sued

A judge who works with CPS on a regular basis, nice.

The lawsuit accuses Judge Miller of forcing Gallagher and Kachadourian to view a nude photograph of a co-worker, subjecting the plaintiffs to graphic descriptions of sexual acts, and threatening them both with death or physical injury if they betrayed him.

It also alleges Miller directed Gallagher to, “engage in sexual acts with an elected official in order to curry political favor.”

I’ve spent way too much time in Broome County family court, thanks to my ex. Never did encounter Judge Miller, though.

Here’s hoping he gets nailed to the wall. These elitist pricks need to realize the laws of the land apply to them as well.
