Didn't even think of that. Good catch. Seemed like he was more than ready to shoot if necessary the way he was showing the gun and recklessly pointing it at the cameraman.

That is Florida and I don’t think you need to wait until they enter the home. Screw that even in NYS I think I’d have pulled the trigger. Something wasn’t right with that guy.
