It appears form the delay in implementing Bruen, that Sam Brinton may be having sex with the ct, or stole their brief cases.

Other explanations are welcome here, but the fact is that Hochul and 80% do not have the moxie to stop the Ct, so shenanigns delaying the implementation of Bruen, that is clearly black and white to any rational citizen. The constitution does not require a lawyer to understand it, just a citizen's everyday understanding,of yes and no.

Are they waiting in silent revolt waiting for Biden and the Chinese to strike and arrest SCOTUS for them?? For Banks to strike and seize the accounts of gun owners?? For cash to be banned? For white supremacists to be removed from their homes in favor of the homeless or MS-13?
People in Osceola and Oswego County want to know WTF they are up to.

I've posed this question already and the best answer from what I can tell, is that the SCOTUS has no effect (or in some cases) has made the laws even more unconstitutional. Of course with no effect on Hochul other than to double down harder on us all.

Same goes for the other pieces of the Constitution that NYS tramples over; even parts of the 1st Amendment...

Any sane group of people would've ousted Hochul right off her throne and marched her into a jail cell.

The second circuit is exactly where they want to be. If they wanted to help us they would have left the stay in place, but hay as the 4 boxes diner guy said they did expedite the hearing of the case so that has to be good right? Sarcasm abounds that statement. I expect nothing good to happen and I expect the second circuit to delay it until the perfect time so that scotus is on break or that we can’t appeal it to scotus until the next session. Again they are right where they want to be.

Might I add, the states that want to continue to infringe, will continue to do so irregardless of what happens.

As we are well aware, we are dealing with a one-sided approach to signing laws (bills) into place. To get rid of those said laws, it requires a multi-faceted approach.

It should be a one-for-one approach to signing or removal of laws if clearly deemed unconstitutional.

I really wish any new laws or bills that related to the case, should be mandated to be reviewed by the judge, especially if the previous laws were deemed unconstitutional. Like the CCIA should've been required to go in front of the judge panel before Hochul could even sign it... kind of like checks and balances.

Think of it as you screw up at work, now the boss is watching and wants a report every day of what you have done.
