OK, Just now got off the phone with a representative of Bud's Gun Shop.. Called yesterday, and they were kind enough to call back today.. I was told that there was no issue shipping to NY, except of course to certain zip codes, as was always the case..
So, who knows for sure , but thats what bud's just told me.. No problem shipping to NYS FFL's....YMMV.... bob

Contacted Bud’s. They said they ship to New York but it depends on the area. If the gun has a mag over 10 rounds, they will not ship that gun without the mag. Sort of like the new Hellcat.

I read that those 25 and younger obtain over 80% of the information they read from the internet. Correspondingly, a majority of those believe what they read as "fact" without ever seeking additional sources of information to verify what they've already read.
Many under 25's don't know how to use a phone for voice calls, can't make change without using a calculator, don't carry cash, etc., etc...
Those of us who are over 25, should resist the urge to fall into the new paradigm! We just might provide the light, to guide others, out of the darkness!

I will be buying a pistol from them within a week or 2. Just waiting to get another paycheck in before I do lol. I’ll let you know how it goes. Also I believe I saw at one time a list of zip codes in NY that they will not ship to. Not the entire state of NY.
So basically any transfer to an FFL in those listed zip codes. This is a clear example of the NYS AG overstepping her authority. How is it that Letitcia James can send cease and desist letters to businesses requesting them to do this? This in turn prevents denizens of those counties from getting pistols transferred to their local FFL by legal federal means.
Why are out-of-state business even complying with this? New York State can't do anything to these businesses outside of their jurisdiction.

They can and do punish out of state businesses regularly.
They sue them.
I am sure these businesses could win their cases, eventually.
How many cases can *you* afford to win at a cost of hundreds of thousands of dollars a piece ?

I stand corrected then, I was not aware of this. That is absolutely insane.
I called up the NYSPRA and spoke with someone briefly and was told that the NRA is actually suing Führer Monkeyface because of this issue. The woman I spoke with didn't know on what judicial level but at least something is being done. Although, i have no faith in the NRA.

As a small shop, we try to match Bud's and Grab a Gun. I ususally can and do. I hate seeing business go to them. If it is an item I absolutely cannot beat the price, I tell my customer that. Funny though, I sometimes come in way under their pricing.
l also plan on putting 80% lowers in stock. In checking it out, I have found companies that won't ship to NY, even an FFL. I have no polite response.

More than likely someone else was suing and the NRA decided to file a $50 suit as well thats the exact same and many courts will just combine the cases
