Two recent once here, one released today, another about 3 weeks ago. Fire control looks crazy on the first one, cross fire & shooting at cars driving by in a residential neighborhood (at about the 8 - 8:30 mark), etc.
WTF? Don't shoot at moving cars, don't shoot at fleeing felons, don't shoot with out knowing what's in the background, watch your cross fire. Piss poor firearms discipline! Rounds fired count? Did they even hit the suspect?

Wow, that is crazy, anyone left on the police force that didn't shoot this scumbag? Oh, and this....
The Erie County District Attorney's Office said it was determined only one of the officers was shot by Bell, and the other two were struck by friendly police fire.
What's a bit perplexing to me is my belief that officers are equipped with patrol rifles, yet I saw not a single one in a vehicle accessible to an officer or one used in this. Why?
