Cali counties deem sanctuary policy unconstitutional

So if these counties in Cali are able to avoid this policy because it is unconstitutional how do we get similar actions here for the unconstitutional laws we have on the books.

We can't easily fight these morons at the state level but it should be a better fight to take it to the county level.

It’s a matter of enforcement, and how far all parties are willing to go.

If the local county won’t comply with an unconstitutional law, will the state send enforcement officers with weapons and enforce it? Will the officers actually enforce it, or refuse? If they do choose to enforce it, will the feds actually have the balls to send federal agents to enforce the right of the local government to disobey unconstitutional laws, or will they not get involved?

If it gets enforced at all, it’ll be the state forcing the local government. The feds don’t give two shits about upholding anything that doesn’t benefit the federal government. No one cares about the union anymore.

We've had how many Counties and Sheriffs say they won't support the unSAFE Act. Yet we keep hearing about arrests on unSAFE Act charges. Who performed the arrests? Local Sheriff or NYSP?
Support for unConstitutional Laws starts at the LEO who make arrests based on them, and ends at the D.A. who makes convictions based on them.
If these two groups would stand up , honor their oaths, and thumb their nose at der Fuhrer, we might see these unConstitutional Laws get set aside.

There has been a lot of discussion lately about California breaking into three states, this could be the trigger. If that happened, maybe there'd be hope to do the same here. Leave Brown to his San Francisco/Los Angeles sanctuary cess pool and let the American portions be free. Probably won't happen in my lifetime though.
