California Bill Would Strip Rights of Parents Who Don't 'Affirm' Their Child's Supposed Gender Identity

Watch for this in New York. It's passed the California Assembly.

A newly revised California bill would treat parents' refusal to "affirm" their child’s gender identity as a violation of health, safety, and welfare in the context of custody disputes.

The bill, which has already passed the State Assembly, would require judges adjudicating such disputes over transgender-identifying children to favor the parent who "affirms" the child's preferred identity.

This is already happening de facto not just in New York and California but in states like Texas. This would make it the law in California and put "affirming" a "trans" identity front and center in making custody determinations, literally before anything else:

3011.
(a) In making a determination of the best interests of the child in a proceeding described in Section 3021, the court shall, among any other factors it finds relevant and consistent with Section 3020, consider all of the following:
(1) (A) The health, safety, and welfare of the child.

(B) As used in this paragraph, the health, safety, and welfare of the child includes a parent’s affirmation of the child’s gender identity.

Of course, "affirmation of gender identity" is always read to mean transing a kid, not affirming their God-given biological sex. It's already illegal in New York to provide truly affirming therapy to restore a confused kid's confidence in their body, while it's perfectly legal for therapists to jump on any slightest triviality and confuse a kid into rejecting their own sex and pursue hormonal poisons and sexual mutilation surgery.
