We only become felons because cops enforce those unconstitutional laws. Governors and mayors in these states dont obey the supreme court because the SC doesnt have cops to enforce their ruling. But governors and mayors do have gestapos to throw us in jail if we dont follow their commands.

If not them, then the police that answer directly to SCOTUS.
Any state police that attempt to interfere could be arrested themselves for obstruction.

The Utica city PD and Oneida Co Sheriffs dept are said to have made a decision to enforce the law in accordance with the constitution of theUSA . The state police are a different story.

what i posted in another thread .. but need to change it a little bit to pertain to Cali ..
say a case is a win and it was ruled unconstitutional .. ... then nothing is followed up . . they just make more bad laws and knowingly do it ..
so the plaintiffs and lawyers now need to personally sue the all involved for damages .. lawers fees .ect
they lost there Qualified Immunity per say ... they lost ..
hit them in there own bank account ..
put them on the hot seat .. with a personal law suit for once .. will the tax payers cover their expense ?
deprivation of rights and Conspiracy against rights ... maybe could be used ..

It's depressing that this is what america has become. The majority of its citizens are weak and are so eager to live on their knees. I think it is safe to say that this country is effectively dead.
