Here in NY we've had reports of the NYS police staking out fireworks outlets in nearby Erie, PA before July 4th and then stopping some NY residents when they crossed back into NY. Don't know that for certain though.
The CA laws sound like the perfect opportunity to open up along their borders and sell ammo like crazy. Cash only preferred too. Should also make for some interesting court cases re illegal searches and so on.
Sure hope Trump puts a stop to all of these BS schemes and unconstitutional laws, - and soon.
